Do you need help with recruitment, creating job adverts or specifications, posting jobs, reviewing CVs, shortlisting, interviews and job offers? Get in touch as we support SMEs with these tasks.
We Do BookkeepingContactWe can review your current job description and help amend any areas that may be out of date. We can help you explain the role in a broader text rather than listing specific tasks. The role should be described as you see it now rather than it was in the past.
A job advertisement should not only describe the role but also let future candidates know about your business. What can they expect as an employee of your company? What is it like to work for you and your team? What does your ideal candidate look like?
There are many different opportunities for advertising your role from free advertisements to paid advertisements that allow you to look through a CV bank of possible candidates. We can help you decide on the best approach.
When a role is advertised correctly it will attract a lot of interest. Some of the candidates will not be suitable for the role whether this is down to location, experience or qualifications.
As part of the short listing programme we will call all candidates for a brief telephone interview to verify their experience and qualifications.
We will schedule all of the interviews ensuring the candidate knows when and where to attend. We will also request confirmation that they are able to attend the interview via written communication.
We can also supply interview questions and attend either via Teams or face to face if you are local to us.
Once you have decided on a suitable candidate we will notify all applicants who were unsuccessful and also send an offer email to the successful candidate.
An exit interview is an interview with an employee who is about to leave an organisation. It can be a great time to receive feedback on their reason for leaving and their experience as an employee working for your company. This could be a great opportunity to implement some changes prior to inducting a new member of staff.
